This diamonds and gold necklace was commissioned by her mother as a gift for her daughter for the announcement of the pregnancy with twins. Also her first grandchildren. After the initial consultation and design process this design was created with two diamonds representing each child. The diamonds were are placed on a one of a kind hand carved and hand cast 14k gold heart. The heart represents the love between the couple and their family that will surround these two children. It hangs on a 14k gold chain.
